Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made his first million in the early 2000s, as a result of his rapid rise in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). After joining WWE in 1996, he quickly became a famous performer due to his memorable catchphrases like “If you smell what The Rock is cooking!”
He played both a hero and a villain. It helped him grow very fast in the WWE world.
As The Rock’s popularity skyrocketed, he became a famous figure in WWE’s success, generating significant revenue not just from his wrestling matches but also from merchandise. Action figures, T-shirts, and other Rock-themed items flew off the shelves, adding to his income.
By the early 2000s, with his wrestling contracts, merchandise deals, and bonuses from high-profile events, The Rock reached his first million dollars.
