Who is Adelle Archer?
Adelle Archer is the co-founder and CEO of a very interesting company, Eterneva, that memorializes loved ones by turning their ashes into diamonds.
Here is Archer’s story and the story of Eterneva.
Early Career
Adelle pursued her education at McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her MBA. While in school, she became interested in social entrepreneurship, focusing on businesses that not only turn a profit but also positively impact people’s lives.
The Inspiration Behind Eterneva
The idea for Eterneva came from Adelle’s personal experience of loss. Archer lost a close mentor (Tracey Kaufman) to pancreatic cancer and was trying to find a way to honor her legacy. She was trying to find a way to do something with her share of her mentor’s ashes, but she couldn’t find anything online.
At the time, Adelle was working with a diamond growing lab in South Carolina. She discussed the possibility of turning ashes into diamonds with one of the technicians and realized it could be done. That was the time a light bulb went off for her, and she realized she could start a company to do just that.
Starting Eterneva
Adella co-founded Eterneva in 2017 with co-founder Garrett Ozar. The idea resonated with people who wanted to honor their loved ones because a diamond stays longer than one generation and is a last way to commemorate loved ones.

Eterneva’s Growth
Archer and Ozar worked tirelessly to grow Eterneva, securing initial funding. She was able to get Mark Cuban to invest in her company on Shark Tank. The publicity and funding helped scale operations. With Mark Cuban’s backing, Eterneva crossed its first million in revenue as they continued expanding their services.
By 2020, Eterneva had raised additional funding and gained traction as a significant player in memorial services, helping thousands honor their loved ones in a personal and meaningful way.
Eterneva Today
Today, Eterneva is a rapidly growing company that has redefined the concept of memorialization.
